She's always available when I have a question about my policy and when we purchased our policy we actually went over everything and she explained everything to us. And she did a lot of footwork when we did have to file a claim she worked for us. We have two automobiles and an RV insured with her and filing a claim is easy and she helped us through all of the steps in the process of getting that done. And another thing that we really like is that they are local and we can go into their office anytime and they speak English"

"October I bounce on my checking account the car insurance was up $2 and something you're saying the car insurance went up.. was your excuse. And November I bounce on my checking account because you said my renters insurance went up $2 and something. So you gave me the price what my December 5th bill will be and I will see if I bounced next month what will be your excuse then. I don't get no monthly statements from you all the only statement I got the car in statement for every 6 months was $500 and something my renters insurance I got this month or last month said my renter's insurance was going up $2 and something I bounce twice because you all were taking more than what I was taking out of my checking account. My bank tells me how much you are taking out automatically in my account so I do not want to be automatic withdrawals on my bank Banks I do not want you all take out money out of my checking account anymore because twice I end up bouncing because you are so different balances."
